Forgeron Ventures was founded on the notion that every idea deserves a fighting chance to become a reality. Our managing director has over a decade of experience in the IT realm for small and large companies. We've seen how difficult it can be for companies to successfully launch IT projects on their own. IT staff don't have the time or resources to properly manage these projects on top of their normal duties. That's why having a partner with the skills and experience to properly manage an IT project from start to finish is essential in today's marketplace. Forgeron Ventures is here to be that partner and help get your projects done on-time and within budget.
Our Approach
We ensure a successful project by taking the necessary time to prepare for a project. IT personnel rarely have the time to do a thorough scope of work. We get a full understanding of the project documented down to the finest details. We leverage our network of IT professionals to bring talent to the project that can perform work and alleviate pressure from your own staff. For the duration of the project we manage everyone involved and facilitate weekly steering committees to validate the project is still on track. At the end, we'll train your IT staff on how to support the product and leave detailed documentation for reference.

An A+ certified IT professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Management. Eric has either led or been a member of IT projects for a wide variety of business applications and has programming skills in Visual Basic, C#, Xamarin, SQL, HTML5 & CSS.
