Do you support projects that are already underway?

Yes! If your project has stalled or is in jeopardy of failing, we can help you get it back on course. We will do a full assessment of the project through interviews with the project members and stakeholders. We then provide you cost analysis and schedule for getting the project back on track. We will take over management of the project to relieve pressure from your current resources and push it over the goal line.
